A Movie Character I am most like..

One of my favorite movies is The Note.  Not very many people I know have heard about this movie.  It is about a reporter who finds a note that washed up to shore after a plane crash.  On the note, it said something along the lines of:
                                         T.-
                                All is Forgiven.
                                  Love, Dad
So the reporter, who writes a column called the "Heart Healer" decides to go on a hunt and find out who this note belongs to.

On the reporter's adventure, she doesn't find anyone with a name that starts with T whose father was on the plane that crashed.  Suddenly, she meets up with a young lady who believes that the note belongs to her.  Although, her name did not start with "T"; the nickname her dad called her was Tag or Tag-a-long.

I think I am most like the girl who the note belonged to not because of the people that were or were not in her life.  I think I am most like her because of her great respect for others and for how caring she was towards everyone/everything.  I would consider myself caring and I really do care about other people.  This is an important part in my life.

To repeat, I believe that I am most like the young lady who the note belongs to.  She lives a good and solid life.  She also has some qualities that I see in myself.  Many of these similar qualities I see in her and in me are ones that I think are important in every person.  One of my favorite movies is The Note, so this is the reason that I chose the owner of the note as the character I am most like.

My Hero..

It seems like it took me a while to figure out who my hero is.  It just came to me as I was walking up the stairs to start my other homework.  Once it came to me I felt like wow, that was really obvious.  Right now, I'm sure you're thinking, just tell me who it is already!  I know that's probably what I would be thinking.  Well, I'm going to make you wait just a few more minutes...

First, I'm going to describe my hero, towards the middle I will reveal who my hero actually is.  My hero is someone who I see every day and talk to almost everyday.  She is one of the nicest people I know even though we both have our arguments.  My hero is someone who is extremely caring, compassionate, loving, and funny.  I have spent so much time with her in the past year, more than usual.  Even though she isn't the best at giving advice yet in life we both talk out our problems to each other.  We share many memories and have done so many things together.  I am going to assume that once I tell who my hero is you are going to be very supprised.  I remeber all the times we have hated each other, all the times we have helped each other, and all the fun times we have had with each other.  Honestly, I don't think I would be able to survive if I didn't know my hero, and I know that is saying alot but it is very true.

Here it goes...my hero is my younger sister, Megan.  This is so true, but I also think that many people would be suprised.  Even though Megan is younger than me she is a great person to talk to and to have fun with.  Although one down side of her being younger is she can't give the best advice no matter how hard she tries, but this is only because she is three years younger than me, and has not expeirenced what high school is like.  She has helped me through some of my problems and believe me, I have helped her through many of her problems.  Over the summer (last year) Megan and I grew very close in our relationship.  We got the house to ourselves every morning until about noon.  There is so much that you can do in just one morning.  I don't even know how to explain all the fun things that happened that summer with her.  All I know is that so far, last summer has been one of the best summers I have had.

Even though my hero isn't my best friend, a team mate, my mom, or my dad.  My hero is my sister, one of the most important people in my life.  My sister is someone who I can tell ANYTHING to.  Megan is one of the most special people in my life and I Love her so much!

My $1,000,000 Job...

If I could do anything and be paid $1,000,000 a year for it I would want to be a teacher.  Ever since I was young, I have always wanted to be a teacher.  The idea of working with kids and teaching them sounds like fun to me.  Whenever I was bored, my sister and I would always go into our basement and we would play school.  Most of the time I would play the role of the teacher and Megan would play the role of the student.  Sometimes Megan was the teacher and I was the student, I hated playing it this way so much!  Although, most of the time when we played school I would be the teacher and Megan would be what we called the "helper" teacher.

When I was in eighth grade, Matt, my brother told me about a club at Roncalli-FEA-Future Educators of America.  He told me about what they did and I was really excited about it.  This year, I joined FEA.  My favorite part about this club, is every few months you get to go to Pinewood, an elementary school, to help out the teachers and sometimes you get a chance to interact with the students.

My Mom used to be a teacher, because of this she had so many posters, activity books, worksheets, ect. left over.  I thought that all of this stuff was the coolest thing in the world.  For Christmas one year, I got a gradebook.  I made up a class list and would use my mom's leftover worksheets and activity books to make assignments and tests.  Then, I would 'grade' all of these assignments and tests and put the grades into the grade book I had.  At school, sometimes at the end of the year the teachers would sell old books for 25 cents, whenever the teachers sold these books I always had to get one or two of them.  After I had gotten these books I would make up my own notes, worksheets, and tests based off of the chapters in these books.  I always had so much fun doing this!

In conclusion, if I could do anything for $1,000,000 I would be a teacher.  This has been my dream ever since I can remeber.

My Birthday Month: July

My birthday is in July.  There is one major holiday in July.  This is Independence Day or also known as the Forth of July.  July is the national month for a lot of things.  Some of these include: National Blueberry month, National Anti-boredom month, National Unlucky month for weddings, National Cell Phone courtesy month, National Hot dog month, and National Ice Cream month.  On my birthday, the 'national holiday' is Tapioca Pudding Day and Cow Appreciation Day (go out and give a cow a hug).

There were two number one songs on my birthday.  These were: How do you want it and California love.  The Ruby is the gem for July.  The flower for July is the water lily.  In July, Idaho became the 43rd state.  My zodiac sign is cancer.  July is also the national month for Baked Beans, Hitchhiking, and Read an Almanac.

July is also neighborhood/stranger awareness day.  Many neighborhoods during this month have different social activities sometime during this month.  July is one of the summer months that most everyone enjoys.  School is out and you usually don't have anywhere or anything important to do.  On my birthday, it is also national Gummy worm Day.

Summer = My FAVORITE Season!

My favorite season is summer.  I love summer because there is a nice and long break from school during these months.  I also love summer because my birthday is in the summer.  I really enjoy the warm weather and all of the fun things you can do from June to August.

Some of my favorite things to do in the summer are: going to the zoo, hanging out with my cousins and friends, swimming.  I also like to play tennis and basketball with my brother and sister.  Another reason I love summer so much is because you can sleep in late almost every day.

Sometimes you can have boring days in the summer, but it's not very hard to find something to do, considering the weather isn't cold.  During the summer is also a great time to get alot of reading done.  You don't have to worry about other homework or finishing a book in time to make a deadline.

I think summer could be known as a worry-free season, for the most part.  I believe this because you really don't have to do anything for school that you  could get 'bad' grades on.  Another reason that summer is my favorite month is because my birthday is in the summer!  I love having a summer birthday because you don't have school and you can have the whole day!

These are just a few reasons of why I love summer!
